Reminder: Anaplan’s social and digital media policy applies to all Anaplan employees who create, post on, or contribute to social networks or digital or social media.

Quick social media do’s and don’ts
• Use approved messaging, positioning, and brand assets and visuals
• Share your positive experiences at Anaplan as a brand ambassador
• Share official company content
• Represent Anaplan accurately and professionally
• Assume everything you post is public and permanent
• Generate any variations, new designs, or mashups involving the Anaplan logo, both wordmark (full logo) and lettermark (A), or any Anaplan brand assets (including with AI)
• Share confidential or non-public information
• Speak on behalf of Anaplan without authorization
• Post anything you wouldn’t want attributed to you publicly
Stay on brand — stay on message
- Use approved platform messaging, AI messaging, product descriptions, and positioning
- Use approved brand messaging, taglines, and statements
- Use approved solution messaging and positioning
- Reference published content (blogs, press releases, customer stories, eBooks, white papers, research reports, and more)
- Use approved hashtags, including:

- #PlanwithAnaplan
- #AnaplanConnect
- Use approved and on-brand logos, templates, imagery, and visuals
- Keep language simple, helpful, and direct
- Invent new messaging, taglines, or product claims
- Speculate on roadmap, customers, or company performance
- Use sarcasm, negativity, or language that could be misconstrued or reflect poorly on Anaplan
- Alter logos, graphics, or company-branded assets, or create your own variations, new designs, or mashups of visual assets involving the Anaplan logo or Anaplan brand assets
What to post (and what to avoid)
- Share company content, including blogs, press releases, customer stories, eBooks, white papers, research reports, and more
- Promote company and industry events, including Anaplan Connect and other field events where Anaplan is present
- Share posts and photos from company and industry events where you are representing Anaplan
- Share posts and photos highlighting moments with Anaplan colleagues, team members, customers, and partners
- Offer industry insights and POVs that align with Anaplan’s approved positioning
- Post negative commentary on competitors
- Engage in online disputes or correct misinformation
- Share anything that could be interpreted as an official statement
